- ACArran Cox3 days ago1.0Car not ready, smaller than I thought I’d booked. When questioned it said it says similar or for like. No walk around, to inspect. Car wet and covered in soap suds making any defects prior to collection difficult. It’s part of enterprise and even using the express checkout option still took longer than the group of people behind us who using enterprise got their car and checked out before us. In fact they had gone and left while we were still waiting for the car even though I was 20 mins later collecting than my booked time. However, I did call ahead to let them know this also but still had to wait.

I am disgusted at this customer service and the way that the staff handles this situation. Ended up paying nearly £500 for a 3 day car hire which is crazy! Manager is young and extremely arrogant. Will not be returning or recommending
