- CSChristopher short1 day ago1.0My sister had an mot at this garage, they damaged the front bumper (which was fine before) wouldn't admit to damaging it, refused to fix it and refused to retest the car which they are required to do, they were very confrontational with her, maybe assuming her being a women she doesnt know anything about cars, fortunately our relativ3 is an mot tester and meant she eventually had to get the car retested at another garage and bumper repaired elsewhere at a cost to herself, glad I never used this garage and definitely won't be after hearing her experience, would recommend others avoid this garage

- BBBrian BMay 15, 20262.0Had tracking booked in today the total cost came to £174 total shock camera needed recalibrating hence price not anybody’s fault . I was given the bill after work completed card machine was already set for payment, I asked about explaining the bill all I got was the card machine is going to time out very rude. My frustration is the man serving was more interested in the webcam of Charlestown and a ship coming into harbour on his computer than me the customer asking questions. Yet I had already been asked that day if I could change my appointment from 12.00 due to ramp being busy to 15.00 hours so I accommodated them. I have used Steve Andrews on and off since he was in a unit in Carclaze staff need training I don’t appreciate being called [my beauty ] .

Its very clean and nice with really helpful staff and a good reception space. Even gave us free coffee and was done in under 10 minutes. Easy 5 star review.
