    Rang 6 times in an hour to try to get hold of them prior to having a courtesy car, bo answer. Gave up and went in. Lady on phone just walked away without even acknowledging us whilst the other guy had his back to us on a computer. Didnt expect her to hang up the call( sounded like she was talking to head office) but acknowledge customers standing infront of you is 101 customer service training. Car was clean and staff nice ( eventually) Only quibble with the car was that it was booked for pick up between 9-11am but they hired it out again the evening before so disabled daughter had to be care-less all day.

    I rented a couple of vans whilst my own van was off the road. Nice vans, in great condition, very helpful, friendly staff and slightly cheaper than the other company I got a quote from. Would definitely use them again if I needed to hire a car or van.

    My car was arranged online as I flew from Newquay to London Gatwick and was returning with my partner to Cornwall. My phone enquiries were answered by the Enterprise St Austell office almost immediately. I needed a very early drop off and a ride home due to a very early appointment it’s so convenient having them close to home. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Peugeot 3008 I hired was excellent too. My early drop off was processed very quickly and a young staff member drove me home and I didn’t miss my appointment. I’m going to stop using Europecar and start using Enterprise - the figure price was much better too

    Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Due to major surgery I needed a suitable car to transport my husband to London and back again. We had to change our pick up date and then extend our drop off date. The whole team were without exception helpful, compassionate and professional from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enterprise St Austell and they will most definitely be our 1st port of call when we need a hire car anytime in the future. Thank you!!

    Great value for money, I was upgraded due to availability which is a bonus and was looked after by (T). he was fantastic and explained the rental process to give me piece of mind 10/10. From him. The car was clean and a was a pleasure to drive, I will look forward to coming back. Great team.
