    Went in to hire a van, we explained we needed a certain size van and got our second choice. Amazing service and can’t highly recommend them enough. Thank you team st Austell

    Wouldnt go there again manager and staff were really rude. Brought the insurance for tires and windows (Was told by a staff member that this also covers the wing mirrors). One of the wing mirrors came off while I was driving the van and they took the entire deposit and told us that the insurance we brought does not cover the mirrors eventhough we were told previously that it does. Would not recommend for anyone wanting to rent from there.

    Van we hired broke down within less than an hour of leaving, at around 9am. I called they gave us a number to call for recovery, which passed us to AA which then passed us to another company that then passed us to RAC who said they would be there as soon as possible, 7pm van was still sat there no sign of recovery, we were then promised by enterprise a replacement would be delivered and they would take it away, RAC then cancelled the recovery for the next day. Enterprise still hadn’t delivered a replacement van or collected the broken van. In the end we gave up and cancelled the hire all together and over a week later I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded plus the £49 for hire of a van that didn’t even drive. Let alone the wages lost that day and hassle it caused. Do yourself a favour and Go else where for van hire in Cornwall.
