- MDMatt DunneSep 21, 20265.0Very nice and efficient staff. Thorough but really quick with collection and drop off. No waiting around. Friendly and very helpful. No issues with the vehicle. Reasonable price but cheaper to get excess protection elsewhere.
- SNsusan northropSep 16, 20265.0I hired a new mini Countryman. We arrived by train very late after the office had closed. Sam stayed late and met us at St Austell Station. He is an asset to the company
- RNRed NelsonAug 26, 20265.0We were directed towards our local Enterprise branch after our car was written off in an accident. Enterprise were brilliant, a suitable car was provided to use very quickly and we were only on site for about 10 minutes before being able to drive away. The handover at the end of our agreement was also quick and stress free. The car itself was excellent and spotless. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Thank you
- LTLaura TAug 25, 20261.0This was a really bad Experience and bad customer service! Me and my partner wanted hire car for last couple days of our holiday as his was playing up. We paid for it Sunday night to pick up Monday morning at 8:00am. We traveled 40 miniutes in cab away to collect the car we received a call at 7:45 am to say the didn’t have any cars we had to change our plans and go somewhere for the day. We had no call all day from anyone regarding an update so we called about 14:00pm to them saying we still waiting for vehicle. We waited around local till 5:40 till someone informed us we can’t receive the vehicle today it was waste of our day and time lost precious time on our holiday. I think u need to change the way you book cars if you don’t have any vehicals online and have more customer care we still waiting for a refund and should receive something more Disappointed and frustrated
