  Be aware that they charge you for dropping the car off at a different location than you pick the car up from. this is a scam! It's supposed to be a national company!

  We would like to thank the team at Enterprise Penzance for the service that they provided when we recently hired a car. My wife had put the incorrect date on the booking so there was no car available, we were told to return and promised a car should become available, the staff stayed beyond there working hours to assist us and we got a car! Special shout out to Saona toby and Morgan, you were great guys! Will definitely use again 10/10

  The car they let us hire was perfect for our vacation in penzance, the staff are very helpful for the whole 2 days we hire the car, easily contacted during the day. Will definitely hire a car in enterprise again in the future. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience. Very much appreciate the whole process.

  In June, I spent three days in Cornwall with my daughter. I rang Enterprise the day before we arrived by train and was told that they were short-staffed and couldn't honour their advertised offer to pick us up from the railway station. We arrived at the Penzance branch by taxi, half an hour before closing to be greeted by a single, stressed out staff member with a thick regional accent I had trouble following. The car I had booked and paid for several months prior wasn't ready, so I was given the choice of a new Peugeot with an empty tank or a wait. Keen to get to our accommodation I elected the Peugeot and filled it up at the nearby gas station to the tune of £70. I had been told that the fuel policy was "level for level" but hadn't really understood what that meant. Reflecting on this later in the evening I realised that I was expected to return the car with an empty tank - not something you want to worry about while trying to enjoy your holiday. I returned to the branch the following day to see if I could be reimbursed as there was no chance I was going to be able to use a full tank in three days and was basically told "tough luck"so I ended up paying for half a tank I never used. Just to add insult to injury Enterprise charged me a further £35 for passing on a Parking Eye fine I had incurred during the rental period. Needless to say I won't be using Enterprise again.
