  AVOID ENTERPRISE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely disgraceful. Enterprise ruined our entire holiday. We had a car booked and fully paid for, yet they failed to provide it and left five of us stranded at Newquay Airport late at night, with no public transport left. Their staff were bullshiting us, made promises about a replacement car, and then disappeared and left us to sort everything out ourselves. In the middle of nowhere late at night. We had no choice but to order a £133 taxi ourselves just to reach our accommodation. Their staff promised they would cover the cost — then later refused to pay it. We were left without a car for the entire holiday, forcing us to cancel plans, lose prepaid tickets and spend hundreds more on alternative transport. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday became a nightmare of stress, frustration and unnecessary expense. The lies, broken promises, complete lack of accountability and shocking lack of basic customer care were beyond unacceptable. They took our money, failed to provide what we paid for, abandoned us at night, made promises they refused to honour, and completely ruined our holiday. AVOID ENTERPRISE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

  Rented a car here on the 15th of September. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Gave me the rundown on all the features and controls of the car he gave us. Excellent service

  I had booked with this company for car arrangement at 10:30am on the 6th September. Checked in already with them. When we came here 2 hours early by taxi, they said the car wouldn’t be ready yet, understandable since I am early. Before we went out, I had already called a taxi when they said that it was ready early, a bit too late since the taxi had just arrived. Anyways, I came back and was shown to the chosen electric car. When first getting used to the car, we went off driving and later noticed the car was like around 20% battery. We were surprised the car hadn’t been prepared beforehand for a full charge. It should be expected when receiving a product, it must be of the utmost quality before sending off to customers. They didn’t seem to have a time to check it, it seems like. Other than that, we drove on our trip around Cornwall for our trip and somehow came back and still have full charge when driving back to our accommodation (which we were surprised the battery lasted that long). I asked if they could offer pick-up since we used to got sent somewhere by Enterprise in Scotland, for this one they couldn’t. Which wasn’t good since it was slightly hard to find a taxi and we didn’t have a lot of time until we had to check in for the ferry. The phone number given by the Penzance office was helpful however I would expect some type of service to send us back since we paid for the car hire. All in all, it’s okay. Just please give a full charge or petrol to other future customers before you give the product. We had to waste a lot of time to charge somewhere we weren’t meant to be. Which pushed our plans back unfortunately.
