  Very helpful! Greatful and got me on road fast. Car was spotless clean and the team was very helpful and respectful. Would 100% recommend hiring from the team. Couldn't ask for a better service if I could thanks again 👌

  After breaking down 5 1/2 hours from home the RAC had a car supplied for us through the branch at Penryn. Having had the request sprung on them at the branch the staff supplied us with a vehicle as soon as it became available. We were collected from the roadside where we had been abandoned after having our car recovered. We managed to squeeze in all our luggage and two dogs along with the three of us and get to the branch to collect the car. The staff at the branch made us very welcome and looked after us, they are credit to the company. After our two days rental through the RAC we cut the holiday short due to the extra expense incurred and returned home to Stafford and took the car back to Cannock. We returned the car on the Monday and again was assisted by a helpful member of staff. Thank you to your staff for the only helpful people during a ruined holiday.

  UPDATE: Enterprise has now fully refunded me for the second day (113 GBP). That's progress. I leave it at 1 star because (1) they have still charged me for the entire first day even though the car broke down during the first day, (2) they processed the overcharge within 1 week but took 6 weeks to provide a refund, (3) they provided awful service when the car broke down, and (4) the communication since then (including from Enterprise Corporate) has not been good. But, for sake of accuracy, I want to be clear: they have refunded me the second day of charges. In short, my car rental from Enterprise Penryn broke down during the first day of a two-day rental. Enterprise Penryn did nothing to help me--I had to take public transport back home and no replacement car was provided. Despite this, Enterprise charged me the full amount for the rental (i.e., for two days despite the car breaking down on the first day). Throughout, Enterprise Penryn simply ignored most of my requests for information, and Enterprise Corporate provided no relief. And if you want additional details so you can judge for yourself: 1. I picked up a car for a two-day rental at the close of business. 2. 18 hours later, the car effectively breaks down (engine light comes, with max speed of 15mph on even the most minor uphill grade). Enterprise Penryn says they can't come help me and I should take it to their mechanic. I do, and the mechanic says they are full with appointments. I call roadside assistance and am told they will be there in 5 hours. So, I leave my car at the Enterprise-suggested mechanic. Enterprise Penryn offers nothing to help me (a ride, uber or taxi fare, or anything else), so my family and I take the bus home. Enterprise Penryn says that no other cars are available to replace the one that broke down. 3. Over the next 7 days, I call Enterprise Penryn multiple times to try to find out what is happening. No information is available. I don't receive any calls from Enterprise Penryn with information--it is just me calling them. 4. 7 days later, my credit card is charged for the full rental period, followed by an email from Enterprise Penryn that says they will get back to me about a refund. 5. I email Enterprise Penryn several times over the next couple of weeks about the possibility of a refund--no response. 6. 3 weeks after I am charged the full amount, I email Enterprise Penryn again. Enterprise Penryn finally responds, saying they will need to charge me for one day (despite the car not lasting the entirety of the first day!), and they will be refunding me 81GBP of the total 227GBP I was charged for the 2-day rental--with the refund coming in 7 to 10 business days. I asked via email why I wasn't being refunded half if they were intending to refund me one of the days, and Enterprise Penryn didn't respond to that email. 7. I called Enterprise Corporate three times. The first time I was told they would take care of it. Nothing happened. The second time I was told they couldn't do anything themselves, but they would call Enterprise Penryn. Nothing happened. The third time I called to say Enterprise Penryn were offering me less than half of the bill, and they said I would hear from Enterprise Penryn's manager. Nothing happened. My only conclusion: Enterprise Corporate seemingly condones how I was treated by Enterprise Penryn. As of now, I have still paid for the full amount for the two-day rental (227 GBP), yet the car broke down during day 1. Further, the 7 to 10 business days period has passed since I was promised 81 GBP refund (which itself is insufficient). I have sent an email asking about that refund and am waiting a response. PS: Enterprise Penryn seems to routinely say, "contact us" for negative reviews. Well, I've been emailing with Warren. He can email me if any further information is needed.

  Vehicle reports on a one-way hire differed between collection and delivery branches. This seems due to differing approaches to vehicle inspections which left me stuck in the middle. Happy to note that the Penryn branch manager phoned me within 24 hours and confirmed this is now an internal matter and reassured me that my excess is not at risk, and this rental agreement is closed. A satisfactory outcome for an issue not of my making or that of Penryn branch. Thank you!

  Thank you Enterprise Penryn for making a difficult situation as smooth as possible! Rented a van for a small house move from Brighton to Falmouth. Everyone at the shop were super friendly and helpful. Sadly the van broke down an hour away from home on the side of the A road. I was very stressed after such a long journey and it looked like I was going to have to be sent to Plymouth for the night. Joe at Enterprise managed to sort me out with a tow to truro and somewhere to store the van overnight. I was by myself and without any help for the move the next day as I had organised help for after work the previous day. Joe organised Lewis to come and pick me up in the morning and he helped me move my stuff into the new van and also helped me get it all on the house. Over and beyond and all with a smile on his face. Thank you so much for the good service!
