  Enterprise have requested I leave a google review and in the interest of others I will. I do not recommend hiring a vehicle through enterprise. I was hired a vehicle after being involved in an accident by my insurance. The initial vehicle provided broke down and I was told by Enterprise I had to deal directly with the car manufacturer as the car was in warranty despite it not being my vehicle. It was out of hours and the central enterprise team told me I had to have the car recovered to my home and ‘deal with it in the morning’. The following morning I had to go to work! It took all day for the Truro and Penryn branch to agree to provide another car to me that evening. When his car arrived it was damaged. The team told me the damage was noted and was not an issue - I took the car in good faith. Through the hire I received calls from the Penryn branch asking me when my car would be fixed believing my car was in a local garage. Despite informing them the first time this was not the case I received a further call days later asking the same thing. Enterprise company are handling my whole car write off - they just don’t communicate between themselves. Finding the correct department for queries has been almost impossible with central teams. On returning the second car provided a damage claim was made against me for the pre existing damage. I will never hire a car through enterprise out of choice and would strongly recommend others not to either. The assistant manager at Penryn has been the only helpful member of staff throughout all of this and to her I would like to acknowledged a thank you in my time of extremely high stress.

  Picked up the Van on Mon to drive to Manchester. A hour into the trip I had 3 warning lights come on Brakes need changing Oil needs changing and Add blue needed. This is not whst I expect when I am about to start a 720 mile round trip. Offered £40. Brakes Oil and Add blue are essential for a large van to be driven safely not acceptable. I look forward to your reply

  The whole team were so helpful, from the last minute booking, to the changes I made as well. They even went the extra mile and dropped me at train station.

  The staff at Penryn were super friendly and helpful. We waited a little while for the vehicle to be ready, but we’re checked on and it really was no problem at all. The van we hired was clean and super to drive. I highly recommend the team at Penryn and will definitely use their service again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Charlie and Sam at Enterprise Falmouth — especially Charlie, who truly went above and beyond for us. We hired a van in Dorset and drove down to Falmouth today. From the moment we arrived, Charlie was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. She made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble. Sam was also extremely helpful, and together they provided genuinely first-class customer service. Charlie is an absolute credit to Enterprise and deserves special recognition for the kindness, care and attention she showed us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise Falmouth again and highly recommend them. A very well-deserved five stars — thank you so much, Charlie and Sam!
