Lovely team. Thought we had a puncture while on holiday (just what you need) called ahead, they checked they had our tyre in stock in case we needed one. We had a fulty valve. Replaced free of charge. Great service. Thank you 😊

On arrival I asked the nearest operative roughly how long the wait would be, to be greeted with “can’t you see there’s a queue mate?!” I drove off remembering that the last time I came here it wasn’t a great experience either. Never again, these idiots wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them in the face. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Go to Tamar Tyres in East Taphouse if you prefer a friendly environment and great service.
Apparently it was the founders grandson who was rude to me. The old adage is true; grandfather starts the business, father builds it, grandson wrecks it!
