Good price tyres but left with lots of residue on them after fitting. Very messy looking.
Also noted the website states they are women friendly which the fitters were but whoever took payment from my wife showed no communication or customer service skills. Awkward!

I got 4 new tyres from this shop - forecourt was busy, but I think it’s for very good reason, this shop is the best and most knowledgeable service I have had at a tyre place yet.
My car is staggered size wheels, 4WD, and it was juddering. My last shot at getting rid of the judder before getting rid of the car was to try new tyres. The team have experience with BMW xDrive cars and agreed that the judder usually goes away when fitted with the same brand/model tyres with the appropriate sizes. 2 other garages said it would’ve been a waste of time and cash and that the tyres weren’t the issue.
They were incorrect - the new tyres sorted the juddering immediately. So big points to the Geoffrey Harris team for knowing their stuff and advising.
Unfortunately, one of the new valve stems put in was faulty and wouldn’t hold air (I do not consider this to be the tyre shops fault). I phoned in the next day, and barely 15 minutes later they had a mobile fitter on my drive way to diagnose the problem. The valve was replaced to hold air, and as unfortunately the drive home damaged the new tyre with the valve having leaked air, the next working day I was given a replacement and I’m now fully sorted.
Huge appreciation to Geoffrey Harris Tyres and the team, they went above and beyond for me and I can’t think of anything that could have improved on the service I received. I’ll be using them exclusively, for tyres moving forward.

I always receive excellent service from the tyre fitters at Geoffrey Harris when I have a tyre issue.
They are always more than happy to provide advice and support on tyre related issues whenever I or my family have needed it.
I was very well looked after by Ryan yesterday who solved my last tyre emergency giving me piece of mind.
I also praised him for how he was proactive in letting customers know who was next in line as it is sometimes a bit of a bone of contention when it is busy as my pet hate is people who push in and think their time is more important than mine.
I’m happy to wait my turn when it is busy and had an idea about having a ticket service (like you used to get in Clarks when your kids were due for new school shoes in August:)as the tyre fitters are busy enough without having to referee queue jumpers or when Ryan is on holiday:)
