- VSValerie SpinksSep 27, 20265.0Helpful & friendly staff at Bodmin branch in Cornwall, we had broken down 6 hrs away from home the car hire was arranged through the AA, a car was available immediately & we received a new car it was immaculately clean inside & freshly washed, Thank you very much.
- DWDavid WhiteSep 27, 20265.0Convenient locations and professional friendly staff, all the vehicles I have hired through Enterprise have been of good quality.
- JSJamie ShawSep 20, 20261.0Crap customer service and wouldn’t recommend using this bunch of cowboys! Involved in an RTC then kept waiting for the rest of the day with no car delivered. Had a phone call at around 16:30 saying we weren’t a priority as they had 15 other customers who had broken down and they were dealing with them first! Considering this happened in the morning and reported around 12 this doesn’t wash with me!
- APAnastasia PensutiSep 14, 20265.0I had a great experience with Enterprise Bodmin. I would especially like to mention Will and Lennon, who were both extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to listen to me and managed to resolve a few issues quickly and efficiently, making everything much easier and stress-free. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. Excellent service, and a big thank you to Will and Lennon for all their help! I would definitely recommend Enterprise Bodmin.
- OMOlivia MeachamSep 10, 20261.0Absolutely shocking no call within the two hour timeframe with the AA contract I called them twice still no outcome and these people hold the contract for the AA. I think you need to look at your reviews on the AA contracts managers need to look into these
