I've lived in Llanelli for 17 years, but I’ve never had a "go-to" garage. Some places were affordable but never stuck to the promised repair times, while others were expensive yet lacked the actual expertise.
Then, a friend recommended this place. From the start, the customer service was excellent. They truly listened to my situation; even though they couldn't book me in immediately, they suggested I drop the car off at opening time two days later, and they would fit it in whenever they had a gap.
On the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the repair was finished just over an hour after I’d dropped it off. Because of their empathy, great communication, and fast problem-solving, I am definitely becoming a regular here. I’ll leave another review after I’ve used them a few more times.

KP Tyres are amazing! I had a completely flat tyre in the pouring rain with 2 little kids in the car and they were with me within 15 minutes. Tyre changed and sorted straight away. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Tyres are good, as for the mechanical shop...just useless, under qualified so called mechanics who cannot carry out the simplest of jobs, for 2 years running 1.5 litres of engine oil was overfilled, engine cover was broken by one of the staff, and I had to call a mechanic to clean excess oil from the engine cover and surrounding parts, previous to this car most times came out with a new fault which was not present when car went for servicing, I was warned by real mechanics not to go to kp, when you then complain, they tell you don't come back you're barred, I will pay you not to take your vehicle to this shambolic disorganised messy amatuers pit.
