Had a puncture while in the area on holiday. Needed it sorted asap and fearing the worst I made an appointment here for a new tyre. When I arrived the very helpful mechanic offered to repair the tyre, which he did successfully at a fraction of the cost of replacing the tyre. Some places I've used in the past wouldn't have even suggested that and just taken the money!

Had a flat tyre, was fixed and sorted with in 10 mins! Plus brilliant experience with the aircon service :) everyone was super friendly, would absolutely recommend⭐️

I've lived in Llanelli for 17 years, but I’ve never had a "go-to" garage. Some places were affordable but never stuck to the promised repair times, while others were expensive yet lacked the actual expertise.
Then, a friend recommended this place. From the start, the customer service was excellent. They truly listened to my situation; even though they couldn't book me in immediately, they suggested I drop the car off at opening time two days later, and they would fit it in whenever they had a gap.
On the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the repair was finished just over an hour after I’d dropped it off. Because of their empathy, great communication, and fast problem-solving, I am definitely becoming a regular here. I’ll leave another review after I’ve used them a few more times.
