Manager rude and putting pressure on client to pay for hire when it had been arranged and authorised by insurance company

Really smooth and easy to rent a van. I’ve rented from a few different branches over the years with relocation to a few different areas but I have to say Kyle made it seem even easier this time round with clear communication and professionalism. Nice to see and gave us confidence from when we stepped in the office through to the entire rental and return. Excellent. Many thanks

Had two great experiences with Enterprise Llanelli had van to move home.A second time because of a wreckless driver! The hire was great great price for the day the first time.Second time needed a hire car after someone bumped the back of my car.Had this hire car for almost two weeks. The car was amazing and I now know my future car if I ever get another.I realised with two days left until giving the car back to Enterprise how to work the heated steering wheel and seat (wish I new earlier;).This car would have been perfect in winter with heated seats etc.I am even considering hiring this car for future road trips and local holidays as it is spacious and comfortable easy to drive loved it!! Moreover it had a video sensor when reversing and I could easily see what was behind when reversing, first time experiencing this technology. I think the guy who bumped my car and made it go to the garage to be fixed with insurance should have been using this in his car😂.I would take this opportunity to say thanks to Jack and Ed who have been transparent and the local team who were very down to earth explained everything. I felt less anxious of not knowing about having a car to get to work etc. They worked collaboratively with garage and insurance to extend the hire also when there was delays with my car being repaired. When I dropped the hire car back I was even given a lift home by Ed. Best wishes and Diolch yr fawr thank you for making it straightforward for myself and my family!!!Smooth journey and cool runnings🙏✌️ Cheers
