  Hired from enterprise again, very competitive price and the staff in llanelli were very polite and helpful. Would hire from them again

  Long story short If you expect what you pay for in advance and with 5 months notice......... don't bother using Enterprise! They will let you down and do it at the very last moment! I hired a van 5 months ahead of when I needed it, Enterprise phoned me at 5:15 PM the day before to tell me they could not provide a van and that they would not help me get another! I had 15 min to phone round and get another one before other companies closed, I got one on the 5th attempt. Other companies said this wasn't the first time Enterprise had let people down at the very last minute! They said by way of an apology they would refund my money back to me ASAP like they were doing me a favour! It still took 7 days before the refund came though. This wasn't even the first time they have let me down, previously they could not give me the size of van I wanted so I spent extra on Diesel to do more runs. I get that some things change, but (and this is a big but) they said there was not another van in the whole of South Wales for me! If I can see that a contingency might be a good idea to prevent letting people down, I'm sure Enterprise can! They just choose not too. For further nonsense from enterprise, see below for a randomly generated response that has nothing to do with what led to my review. Tip, I left that bit out to see what I got back and if I felt like an attempt to handle me instead of a sincere response. Wonder if it was AI generated as it looks alot like the responses to all the other negative reviews....... possibly another example of what poor customer service looks like!

  They like to show on there website that its fairly reasonable to hire a car but you look at the black print and it states that you have to pay a £200 deposit aswell as the hire fee so this comes to roughly £382 for the vehicle that I was after. In what world is this acceptable how on earth are people suppose to hire a vehicle with these types of prices. Cancelled due to this and am absolutely gutted. Glad I checked the fine print before arriving tomorrow. It is quite sly that this amount isn't included in the price shown and they probably catch many people out.

  Initially, I was quite nervous about hiring what seemed (and was) a huge van,however the team in Llanelli managed to put me at ease ,explained everything well and gave really helpful instructions and advice. Well,it served the purpose and also turned out to be good fun. Massive thanks to the lovely young team in Llanelli !
