  I received exemplary service from Enterprise Carmarthen branch. Provide me with a car at short notice and exchanged for a larger car without any hassle. Extremely polite and welcoming. A credit to the branch and to Enterprise as a business.

  The worst experience I've ever had at an enterprise. Every single car was late; fitting with all of the previous reviews. Car was barely cleaned. Booked for 4:30; received the car at 5:15; logged as 16:40 on the agreement. Parcel shelf missing in car and not logged on the documentation by Carms branch so the branch I was dropping it off to wanted to know where it was; they advised me it is a regular issue when having a one way rental and they'd sort the matter with carms branch. Go to Hwest branch, much better service.

  My experience with Enterprise in Carmarthen was genuinely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. In fact, I think any business could study this team as an example of what exceptional customer care looks like. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Callum, who was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the car I'd booked wasn't available, but he immediately arranged an alternative and kept me informed throughout. While I was waiting, I mentioned that I hadn't driven for over two years and was feeling a little nervous. Another member of staff (whose name I sadly can't remember) kindly offered to take me on a practice drive before I set off. We spent around 20 minutes driving together, and his patience, encouragement and kindness completely put me at ease. It made such a difference and gave me the confidence I needed for the rest of my trip. When I returned the car, I needed to bring it back a day earlier than planned. The team couldn't have been more accommodating, making the whole process effortless and even giving me a lift to the train station afterwards. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff I met was friendly, genuine and went above and beyond to help. I would happily return to Carmarthen just because of the service I received here. Highly recommended. Enterprise should be incredibly proud of this team.
