- KPKen PedrickJun 9, 20262.0Booking system's a mess! Spoke to the town office for a five-door hatch as I've done several times before (thank you) and was given a price. Said I wanted to use my discount card but told I could no longer do that through them and had to go throught HQ. DId this and was told I could ONLY have a three-door and that the price WITH discount was the same as that offered in the Carms office WITHOUT it! THis discount for the armed forces has now become piddling. Tried to phone the Carms office back and they'd knocked off early so went to Expedia and got a FIVE - door for the oiriginal price. Hey Ho. BTW... I've used my discount card in several other 'Enterprise' offices before and not been directed to HQ. Some consolidation needed here.

The team were welcoming, friendly and professional, making the return process quick, straightforward and hassle-free. What impressed me most was the consistency between branches. From Grangemouth to Carmarthen, the service was first class throughout, which says a lot about Enterprise and the people who work there. Thank you to the Carmarthen team for making the final part of the journey so easy. A fantastic experience all round.
