Staff were extremely helpful and listened to our needs. I especially appreciate them ensuring an automatic car was ready for us when we arrived and we didn’t have to wait at all. The whole process was quick and seamless.

I just wanted to thank all the team at the Kendal branch, especially Henry for the loan of his sat nav cable which we really appreciated. Throughout the booking period the team were super helpful - nothing too much bother. Great team work and lovely atmosphere in the office. Will definitely be using the branch again. Liz

Fantastic service from Maisie, Harry, and the team!I recently used the Enterprise branch in Kendal and cannot recommend them highly enough. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely stellar, particularly thanks to Maisie and Harry. What really set this experience apart was their brilliant pick-up and drop-off service. They made the entire process completely seamless, stress-free, and punctual. It is rare to find a team that is this professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The vehicle was immaculate, and the logistics were handled perfectly. Thank you, Maisie, Harry, and the rest of the Kendal team—I will definitely be using your services again!
