  Hired a car for a week when mine was in the garage. Booked online. Chaps at the depot all very friendly and helpful. I didn't buy the extra insurance/ waiver and there were no problems with the rental just on the normal level of hire. You can easily change the time of drop off online too. Only downside is there doesn't seem to be a way to call the Kendal depot directly. When you call it goes through to a central call centre and the staff there weren't as knowledgeable and obviously don't know what's in stock at Kendal etc so it was easier to book online. Second time we've used them and would do again.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

  Very happy with the service provided, Lewy (hope that’s spelled right), the assistant manager was extremely helpful and had exceptional customer service! Very easy rental with now mishaps! Thank you Enterprise Kendal!

  Ease of booking online… Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff on check-in and check out… Gorgeous car that function perfectly… What else could I ask for!!!

  This was our first experience with Enterprise in UK and we would definitely return. Prices are competitive, staff is professional and courteous and vehicles are in good condition. We picked a Kuga in Marylebone and dropped off at Kendal. Staff at both locations is great, especially Tom at drop off. Recommended.
