Staff friendly and helpful. Car hire arranged quickly and easily, including collection from Carlisle and return to Fareham, Hampshire.

The staff were all very pleasant and professional. The car was bigger than I expected but it was the same price and it proved to be a bit of luxury.

The staff at both pick up and drop off in Carlisle were professional and friendly, a real asset to the company. The car rented was in very good condition and as described in line.

Terrible service, booking was already put back an hour and then arrived at the allocated time and had to wait another hour only to receive a dirty van. Definitely won’t be using again

The team at Carlisle from start to finish were exceptionally polite, helpful and patient. Under a stressful situation for me of losing my car they helped me to have wheels efficiently. Every member of the team I had dealings with were consistently helpful and so nice to speak with. I saw first hand the management style at the office, and again, I could see what a positive helpful and focused environment it is. I was really impressed. The cars hired out are of excellent quality and very clean. It was a brilliant opportunity for me to test drive two models in fact for a future car purchase. I would absolutely recommend them. And if I have need I will certainly come back.
