I booked my van in to get a water leak sorted earlier in the year. I new this wasn't a straight forward job as the engine needed lowering. It,'s a mk 7 ford Transit with 246000 miles on so the chances of other problems were pretty high. As expected it needed some welding and some bolts that had been striped by another garage sorting out. This wasn't an easy job. Jusr cars and vans sorted these problems for me in and among there other work. Other people I work with and our customers all rated the service they give. I have full confidence in dealing with the people at this garage. I thought there price was very reasonable for the extra wokj they did. I would highly recomend this garage .

I love this garage, super family staff always helpful! I bought a cheap Van 12 months ago from them, and it's been fantastic, would buy again. I trust their mechanics
Always do a great job first time and very reasonable prices.
So successful they sometimes can't fit you in for service straight away, so if you know you are due an MOT or service try and book as early as possible.

Took my Honda to these guys today after moving back to the area. From the initial booking to picking the car back up I couldn't be happier.
I knew what needed doing, thankfully so did they and didn't try selling me anything I didn't need even after doing a first visit health check.
Charged a fair price and I've driven away happy. Won't be hesitating to send all my family's cars here in future.
Seems to be a very rare experience nowadays to get a good service and things done right first time.

So I have stopped using this garage now due to my last visit. As they have previously done great work I can’t give them 1* so to average it out I will give 3. The last time I went in it was for a whirring noise. I had to ring up for an update (2pm) , I was told there is an problem with the gearbox, the owner needed to speak to me but he was in the middle of an MOT and would ring me when he had finished. Heard nothing so went to pick my car up around 5pm. Was handed a bill for £50 diagnosis, which I paid and no explanation. I asked the reception do we have prices or anything? A oh well the last one was about £600. Still literally told nothing, no explanation of what was diagnosed or any kind of plan of repair going forward nothing. I cancelled my appointment for the fan belt that was booked in the following month, when asked why I said I wasn’t happy with the service. 20 mins later got a phone call from the owner. He had a stethoscope on the car and found the gear box was whirring, engine mount was knocking (been trying to replicate this for them for months but since I couldn’t it was never found - turns out it’s the gearbox mount not the engine mount) and a wheel baring noise. Was told they would get prices for me the following day. Got a phone call the following day saying, “I am waiting on an email for the parts code for the engine mount as soon as I have this I will get you prices for sorting things out but would be tomorrow.” - I never heard from them again and that was a year ago. The only reason I remembered this is because I have the car going in for the MOT - I had the MOT a week before the above incident. It required 2 new tyres due to scrubbing on the outer edge. The tyres were a year old. I authorised them to be replaced, I was passed and advised on a 3rd being close to the limit. I was never advised to have tracking done which is standard when you have abnormal wear. So guess what?? This year my tyres required replacing due to scrubbing on the outer edges again. And can you guess my shock when this garage I now go to told me the “pass and advise tyre” was no where near needing replacing there is nothing wrong with it.
Fantastic car broke down outside their garage even thought they were fully booked for a fortnight they were able to get it fixed for me.
