  No problems. Paid contactless and got speeds of 98kw, car capable of 225, but happy enough with 98kw. Car was ready by the time I'd popped into the services and fetched a drink.

  The app is a faff - took ages to register and asked for payment twice for some reason. And the 1st charging station didn't work. The 2nd one said it was charging a car when it wasnt. Pretty expensive too. All in all just shoddy

  1st two stations I tried would not work, and then it took a few minutes before it even started charging.

  Climbing Pennines M62 Eastbound Fully laden into High winds and driving rain Drained range suddenly ~ Oh dear All Gridserve taken !! Only Tesla available -- but NO -- tucked at the far end, almost hidden are 2 "fast" charging Applegreen stations - After plug-in & quick card swipe (no apps reqd.) plus a WC dash - all within 30 mins.- enough charge for journey to resume. 5 stars for Applegreen !
