- NBNir Ben-DovJan 24, 20261.0I reserved a Nissan Juke from this location. When we arrived they "upgraded" us to a Mazda CX-5 which turned out to be a degrade and a major disaster. The rental agent, whom to the best of my knowledge was named Mo, pointed out to us that the windscreen had a crack. Furthermore he told us that this is marked in the rental agreement. I trusted him, since he pointed that out to us and I made a mistake that I did not take a picture of the crack. Upon returning the car at the Heathrow airport we found out that Mo was a complete and utter LIAR. He did not make any comment about the crack in the rental agreement. I believe that they "upgraded" us in order to get rid of the car with the crack and have us pay for this pre-existing damage. I filed a dispute and Alamo has denied this request as they "checked" and determined that I caused the crack which is completely untrue. I highly recommend and advise anyone to avoid this Alamo/Enterprise location. They will cheat you as well. I am now stuck with an unfair damage charge of over UKP1200 for a cracked windscreen that was not caused by me. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!! After I posted the above, Enterprise referred me here to their (non-existent) Customer Service. I filled-in all the info that they asked for and they did not come back to me. Please AVOID this rental location because their rental agent is dishonest and misleading!

- FGFernando GJun 22, 20191.0This is not Saint Pancras, it's Maryleborne, over 40 minutes walking from St. Pancras. On top of that, we got there at 15,45 and the office was empty, they were supposed to close at 4. So no car for us this weekend. And no one can help. Great customer service.
