- AKAndy K5 days ago5.0I was extremely pleased with the ease of pick-up and drop-off as well as the excellent customer service by Tenisha and Jude (pick-up and drop-off respectively). The car was awesome - a Cupra Formentor - it was very clean and drop really well. It had controls that kept me in the lane which as a Yank, was necessary for not running over the left curb all the time.

The staff at check in & check out were OUTSTANDING, so FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. The whole rental process was very easy, Alamo have taken the stress out of the rental car process. Very helpful staff. I will definitely be renting from Alamo from now on. Thank you very much.

I received the car at 11 pm in the dark to find that the windscreen is cracked, took a video and showed it to them as I returned the car. The manager refused to accept the video claiming it was an hour after I received the car. Check the video to see the crack. They charged me £1970!!! For the windscreen ! Never deal with them. I sent them an email to the manager to review his decision. He didn’t even bother to respond. Horrible customer service. 👎🏻
