I booked a van for a house move for a 9 am pick up, got told the evening before that the van *probably* wouldn't be available until lunch time but that they would update me first thing in the morning. Comes the morning and no news from Enterprise. I tried calling every 15 min as we were waiting to start the house move, no one ever picked up. Finally at 12:30 I received a call telling me that the van was available.... I understand that it was not Enterprise's fault that the previous customer returned the van over half day late from their rental - but the absolute lack of communication is unacceptable!! Definitely wouldn't recommend renting with them if you're on a schedule!

Stops you not to go online pay early for good price. Force you to rent in person so they can charge more. Dont be late anyhow even given deposit, link Credit card, sign contract and provided identification. They gonna call you car robber/ Cheater by phone call that bring our car.. need improvement in staff or proper training
