- AAAndrewJun 4, 20261.0AVOID!!!! Took lease vehicle in to have 4 tyres replaced as organised by lease company. When I got the car back home realised 2 lock nuts missing on 2 wheels. When I contacted them they ordered aftermarket locking nuts that weren't compatible with the black covers. When I told them VW locking nuts were required they told me the car wasn't on the system and that they hadn't replaced the 4 tyres when even showing them the appointment on my phone sent to me from the lease company. To say the very least from my personal experience a joke of a business I can only advise to stay clear and go to the bigger garages.

The prices are reasonable, roughly 30% over smaller good independent garages but 50% less (in some cases) than main dealer prices! You also have a national business and their parts warranty is good across their network of garages. Will definitely return and have no hesitation recommending to others.

Purchased a tyre through Asda tyres this was the closest garage I could choose, had the tyre fitted went to work when I got back to my car tyre was flat, next morning called them to say needs fixing to be told on the phone they are to busy and I said I need the car for work to be told manager said no we are to busy come back tomorrow, for a 10 minute job that they hadn’t done correctly, had to take my car to another fitters who did it in 10 mins and said they inside of the wheel wasn’t cleaned correctly so it was leaking air from the sidewall I had to pay £22.50 to get a problem fixed that they created
