I was extremely disappointed with this garage after being told by the AA that I had a clutch issue on my Vauxhall corsa . A common fault being a spring on the clutch pedal . But Tates decided to put a whole new clutch in at a cost of £654 , they then told me I might need a new master cylinder , I broke down again with the same problem the very next day . I took the car to my trusted mechanic and he informed me that the spring was broken on the clutch pedal , a quick fix of £90 . How do you sleep at night Tates of ellesmere port .

April update: had a coolant leak and they managed to fit me in, find me a replacement radiator and get it all done within 48 hours,honestly Tony and the gang at tates are amazing, even when they are busy as it is.
Needed the car MOT'ing and tates managed to fit me in on the friday,it failed due to a spring and got it replaced on the monday when they already had a hectic schedule, can tell they are very customer service focused and not out to swindle ya
