  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special mention to the manager, who was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I was happy with the service. His customer service and attitude really stood out. Honestly, managers like him should be at every Enterprise branch! He is a great asset to the company and sets a very high standard for customer service. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and will happily use them again!

  This branch is one of the best car rental companies I've dealt with on my travels around the world. The branch manager, Mr. Suhaib Bashir, is very kind and professional to customers.   We required a replacement car due to a vehicle breakdown en route to a family gathering, and fortunately, our breakdown insurance covered this. The AA relayed us to Chester branch, where the rental was already booked and paid for. Branch staff were very helpful, we were provided with a vehicle of a good clean standard to complete our onward journey without too much delay. Vehicle return arrangements were a drop-off at the Bangor branch, where again, staff were very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Happy. 👍🏻

  I had a hire car through my insurance from the Enterprise branch on Sealand Road, Chester, and my experience was 10/10. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the gentleman who picked me up from my home to collect the car, but he was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I didn't receive a like-for-like replacement, as my own car is a Mercedes C220 Coupe and the hire car was an SUV. It was a bit bigger than I would normally choose, but it was clean, comfortable, and did the job. After two days, I returned the car and Todd kindly gave me a lift home. He was also very professional, friendly, and a credit to the branch. Overall, great customer service from everyone I dealt with. A big thank you to the team!

  Mr Branch Manager Please READ HERE Hired a car to get my little one about for 5 days easy process hiring also massive shout out to Todd who was super friendly when giving the car back. Genuinely great with customers his friendly nature needs recognition. Clearly in the right job and finds pride in his work. Whilst may I add dealing with an interviewee which I could also see he was fantastic with her. Names Leah definitely hire her. Lovely friendly face and a people person! Quick handover (had my kids in the car so very handy) highly recommend enterprise Chester. Although you lot make it very difficult to make a compliment (feels silly sending a compliment to the complaint team) but hopefully the branch manager sees this instead. Todd = legend Leah = legend in training. Great car was clean reliable though I was nervous I was driving it like it was my own within an hour. Right size fit everything in I needed with me. Hire your car here you won't be disappointed :)
