This centre’s location on Wharton Road since 1973 when the Barry & Wilkinson Centre originally opened. Barry and Wilkinson Tyre & Exhaust Winsford - Team Protyre became part of the Protyre network in 2009. The Winsford centre was extensively refurbished in 2012 when it also became the first GT Radial Performance Centre in the UK. The facilities for customers were improved to provide a more comfortable waiting environment. The centre is particularly proud to be part of the Foxy Lady Drivers approved garage network.
As well as undertaking MOTs, servicing and mechanical repairs for motorists, the Winsford centre fits tyres from all the leading manufacturers including Pirelli, Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental and GT Radial. The centre also offers a mobile call out service and provides an extensive range of tyre management options to hauliers.
Barry and Wilkinson Tyre & Exhaust Winsford offer and undertake MOTs, vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs. The centre is fully equipped to undertake a complete range of work on cars, vans and 4x4 including brake, battery and exhaust replacement.

The lovely lady on reception (Georgia, I think) was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. I picked my car up today and I could not be happier with the customer service I have received. The lovely lady explained that one of the guys (Sloan) went out to get a part needed for my car. Which is not something they would be able to do on a Saturday. Honestly, I am blown away from the care I received today. Thank you so much to the team, I appreciate it so much.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
