- ATAndrew TomlinsonMay 8, 20262.0Took my care in for wheel alignment but was advised that it needed two tyres first as they were badly worn, which is fair enough, I have tried emailing (no response) and calling multiple times without success, how am I supposed to book my car in to have the work carried out ?
- AAAdamMay 3, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the service today. I called in at 10:00 AM with a flat tyre, asking for a simple repair or replacement. I was told they were already 'done with tyres for the day' which seems very early for a garage. When I explained it was urgent and asked for a local recommendation, the receptionist simply replied, 'I dunno, I’m not from round here,' and made zero effort to ask a colleague or assist. Poor communication and a total lack of helpfulness.

Are you open?
We are open. It is business as usual for us, here to help you keep your vehicle legal and roadworthy. Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?
You can just drop-in to one of our garages. The measures we put in place during the height of the pandemic to ensure you and our staff are safe remain in place. If you would prefer to book ahead, appointments are available via our website https://www.protyre.co.uk/
What are you doing to safeguard your employees and your customers?
We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration. All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.
Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
