- HBHannah Bale5 days ago1.0Very disappointed, my car was in for an MOT and full service in Feb first had a phone call the afternoon before it was booked in to tell me my service wasn't going to be done even though I paid in full online because it was double booked and told by staff it wasn't his fault he was only ringing to tell me, after a phone call to head office both were then done , However I have had problems with my car since and the engine light repeatedly comes on and my car wasn't moving on the motorway and was billowing smoke from exhaust , I was looking where to take my car and I found Gaz had moved to Pinacle in Stockport so asked if he could take a look only to find that they had not fitted the air filter back on my car at all it had just been left hanging off, not impressed at all clearly rushed my service and I will definitely not be taking my car back there, Protyre I hope you get in touch as I want a refund on my service as it was not completed properly, you left a part unfitted, please dont take you car here go and see Gaz at Pinacle highly recommend, my car has now been fixed today and drives like a dream Thanks Gaz and Pinacle

Took advantage of Pro Tyre offering 25% off but didn’t expect that to include a “health check” on brakes and tyres too. All completed in around an hour. - DKDavid KimberApr 9, 20261.0Paid for a pair of new tires and got my wheels rotated. ProTyre didn't balance the wheels causing bad vibrations at 50mph. Took the car back and they did balance the wheels free of charge, however, I then ended up with a knocking / scraping sound from my front left wheel later that day. No longer trusting the work by ProTyre, and after reading other reviews, I took my car to Pinnacle who found they'd not tightened the wheels properly after balancing them. Fortunately I hadn't driven much, otherwise it could've ended up far more serious (and expensive). Given the sloppiness on these basic tasks, I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them. Pinnacle Motors and VAGManchester are where I go for good quality, transparent work.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
What are the opening hours of Direct Tyres - Team Protyre?
Our garage is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, and on Saturdays from 08:30 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays.
