  Do not use… if you have to then video everything, have proof and don’t leave without a form listing all existing damage. The van I was given looked good, was told “dont worry I’ve looked over it, there’s no damage” I didn’t trust that, so I inspected it myself, rear bumper split and hanging off, he got a sheet and wrote it down and said he must have missed that when the vehicle was returned. 3 large stone chip/cracks in the windscreen in drivers line of sight, same story wasn’t listed don’t worry I’ll get a damage sheet and write it down. Same with several other areas of damage and dents. Return the vehicle immaculate inside and out. To be told there was no damage on this vehicle before you took it let me inspect it. I told her there definitely was, forms had been filled out and manager was notified. Apparently not they didn’t exist and so I’m liable for the £2000+ damage excess after she immediately noticed the damage I’ve previously mentioned. Luckily I had proof as I filmed the state of the van when collecting it pointing out all areas of damage and the employee acknowledging them. Absolutely scam of a company if that’s your buisiness model. Any reputable company would have a print out of all 4 sides of the vehicle with any damage circled that the customer can keep so as to avoid this. Had I not had the video myself I would now be £2.5k worse off.

  Can’t fault enterprise, the customer service was to the highest standard, absolutely amazing! So easy to pick up and drop off! Defo recommend!

  Always excellent service don't kiss arse just knowledgeable professional courteous get you and get you out, and if you don't like the vehicle they've got for you they will usually exchange it for one you do collection and drop off. I booked a one way journey yesterday to collect a car. Drop off in Thetford took 15 minutes and I was gone deposit was returned next day. 10/10.

  Had a 5 star experience throughout. The jumbo Transit was perfect for moving my 2 bedroom house and it drove like a car. Best van I've ever driven in fact. The whole renting experience was completely painless thanks to young Jade who was very helpful and very professional. 5 stars for Enterprise 5 stars for Jade Thankyou very much 👍
