  Enterprise Congleton have been super helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had the car I needed, conveniently . This has been my third rental from this branch and all 3 cars have been in good, clean condition.

  My local branch in Congleton Cheshire, Lauren and Ben, there was another lady there but i didn't catch her name sorry. They were polite, helpful and professional. A rarity these days. I was kept up to date with the lease whilst my own car was being repaired. Even when the lease car was due for a service I explained I had just put fuel in . As petrol is expensive atm due to raising oil costs,I was told to keep using the vehicle. The Massive issue I had was, upon return of the car with the area manager ASSAM WHO BROKE THE SEATBELT ANCHORAGE, THEN CAME INTO THE OFFICE, CHECK YOUR CCTV FOR PROOF OF THAT. HE THEN SCREAMED AT ME about white dog hairs in the car. NEWS FLASH I DON'T HAVE A WHITE DOG! I had an apology and the deposit being returned, but Lauren and the matter was closed. I was assured that I would hear nothing about it. Hey presto I received a 38 PAGE EMAIL WITH EVERY MARK, SCRATCH, BROKEN NUMBER PLATE AND SENSOR. ALL WAS PREVIOUS TO ME PICKING UP THE CAR AND SIGNING FOR IT! ALSO WANTING ME TO PAY FOR A VALANCE as that's HIDDEN IN THE FOR SOMEWHERE FOR A MYSTERIOUS WHITE DOG! TODAY 27TH. MAY I RECEIVED YET ANOTHER EMAIL DEMANDING THE MONEY AND Yet I am still waiting for the reply from Congleton team regarding my previous phone call. BEWARE OF THEM. YES LAUREN ETC IS lovely, But really! Really beware.
