  Absolutely awful customer service from start to finish. First and foremost, on the day we hired the van - on the day of completion/ our move, during an already stressful time - the key for the van snapped in half, and we were told it could take two days to go through the third party insurer to sort the key and there was nothing that could be done, other than leave the van on our drive and hire a new van at a further cost - bearing in mind we are local to Enterprise and they could not be bothered to bring us a spare key, or help us with another van or alternative for the move. Although they did apologise and after 4 hours, and making a visit to the office they taped up the key, the manager was indescribably rude and utterly unhelpful. They have now proceeded to deduct £250 over three months later, from my husbands credit card without our knowledge or authorisation and when calling to ask for an explanation, they hung up the phone. It is totally appalling and unacceptable. 06/10 - Chris, further to your suggestion that we make contact with you, Aiden in your call centre, proceeded to be extremely rude by muting the call, and then advising this could potentially be a damage charge for the vehicle/ key. It is safe to say that we will NEVER use Enterprise again. We do expect the refund to be processed, otherwise, we will escalate this further.

  Excellent service From booking online to pick up and drop off point. Staff st Leighton Buzzard very helpful and cheerful and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend...car was clean inside and out and perfect to drive. Price and experience overall was excellent Will use again in due course. Many thanks to Hanna for her professionalism and lovely sense of humour sorting things out for us as we're are not too familiar hiring vehicles. Hanna and her team i hope are recognised for their hard work and dedication to make Enterprise stand out in general and certainly in our home town.

  Hired us the vehicle we ordered for a specific reason ,second time you have done this .we booked over a month in advance to make sure we got that vehicle and you failed us .

  If I could give this branch no stars I would. We have taken this matter further but wow. Firstly the gentleman whom we have recorded was extremely rude after giving false information on drop off times, prop due to the fact he was not listening to my husband. He phoned and was laughing at my husband and said “yes I'm laughing at you” talking to my husband in the most disgusting manner. Shocking behaviour to the point we decided we no longer wanted to use the car or the service of this branch any longer. On the following morning on drop off of the car (early as we no longer will use this company) my husband walked on to find Hannah the manager on the phone to a customer Infront of other customers in again a disgusting manner, with an extremely raised voice, patronising and just actually disgusting. Take the call out back, why would you act so unprofessional and in front of people. The only polite and pleasant person is a younger male who showed my husband around the car. Disgraceful that the senior members of the branch lack manners, don't know what they're talking about and are just dam right rude!!!!! So if you value customer service, not being patronised and not being messed about and want a smooth service I would recommend going elsewhere. This has already been taken up with head office.

  I hired a small van to transport a few items. I loaded a mattress and bike, armchair, desk, TV unit, TV, dining chair, boxes of kitchenware, bedding, towels and pictures. The citron dispatch was perfect for getting everything in. Jacob was efficient and friendly. He showed a kindly interest in my plans and made all the administration clear. Thank you Jacob😀
