  If I could give this branch no stars I would. We have taken this matter further but wow. Firstly the gentleman whom we have recorded was extremely rude after giving false information on drop off times, prop due to the fact he was not listening to my husband. He phoned and was laughing at my husband and said “yes I'm laughing at you” talking to my husband in the most disgusting manner. Shocking behaviour to the point we decided we no longer wanted to use the car or the service of this branch any longer. On the following morning on drop off of the car (early as we no longer will use this company) my husband walked on to find Hannah the manager on the phone to a customer Infront of other customers in again a disgusting manner, with an extremely raised voice, patronising and just actually disgusting. Take the call out back, why would you act so unprofessional and in front of people. The only polite and pleasant person is a younger male who showed my husband around the car. Disgraceful that the senior members of the branch lack manners, don't know what they're talking about and are just dam right rude!!!!! So if you value customer service, not being patronised and not being messed about and want a smooth service I would recommend going elsewhere. This has already been taken up with head office.

  I hired a small van to transport a few items. I loaded a mattress and bike, armchair, desk, TV unit, TV, dining chair, boxes of kitchenware, bedding, towels and pictures. The citron dispatch was perfect for getting everything in. Jacob was efficient and friendly. He showed a kindly interest in my plans and made all the administration clear. Thank you Jacob😀

  Really happy with the service from Enterprise from start to finish. Picking up and returning the car was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The car was provided as a courtesy car while mine was being repaired, and I couldn’t fault the service. Would definitely recommend!Thanks Claire

  Staff extremely helpful we had to upgrade the car cause it wasn’t big enough. The one we had chosen. Car was lovely check and check out very friendly stuff.
