Absolutely disgraceful customer service! My van was recovered to this garage as I had used them in the past, they investigated and repaired a supposed fault and charged me £400 then on the same day the van was returned to me the exact same thing happened again. I took the van back they further investigated and asked me it the clutch had ever been changed, when I said it had they told me it turned out the original fault had re occurred because when the clutch was changed “who ever had done it had made a right mess of it and had not re attached the gear box properly” when I checked my receipts for work carried out on the van it came to my attention that they had been the garage to change the clutch! On being told this they said they were in no way interested in accepting responsibility and told me I would have to pay an extra £180 for labour carried out or they would not release the van back too me!!!!

Still waiting for a response from an email I sent in March.
I went for a full MOT+Service of my vehicle, where I told them to do all the work required and I would pay. When I went, they said I have to come back to get something else fixed, and I had to pay for the labour again and then they told me something else needed doing so I would have to come back again and pay for more labour and for it to be done. I didn't understand why non of it was flagged up both in the MOT+Service and emailed expressing my concern that because I am a young female adult, it appeared they were taking advantage of this. No email response after expressing this to them twice. I will now be going elsewhere for work doing on my car.

Found them very rude. Unproffesional. Argumentative. And couldnt fix the problem with car. This has happened several times over the years with past cars. Avoided this place but car came with warrenty at this garage.
Reception lady was lovely though.
