  Extremely disappointing experience. My booking was cancelled around 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, leaving me scrambling to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. Despite the cancellation being initiated by Enterprise, I was still charged and have spent more than a month trying to obtain a refund. I contacted both the branch and customer service multiple times. On each occasion I was told the refund would be processed, but nothing happened. Enterprise later confirmed that the refund had not actually been processed and had to be requested again. Even now, they are unable to provide a clear refund date. The experience at the branch was equally frustrating. The staff I dealt with came across as dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. The impression was that they wanted to move us on quickly with promises that the refund would be handled later, but those promises were never followed through. I was also surprised to see customers being brought into the staff area where screens containing customer information were visible while other staff members were handling clients. Some staff members were wearing earphones playing loud music while serving customers, which did not give a professional impression. Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had

  Booked a long wheel base van on 12th May for collection on 21st May, which was confirmed via telephone call and e mail to receive a call on 20th May at 17.10 hours to say they no longer had a van available for the next day, e nailed the Manager Oliver on 20th no response, called customer service they were useless, called again today and spoke to John who said Oliver was in a meeting and he reassured me that he would call me back...no call received. We are still waiting for our refund...non existent customer service avoid Enterprise we eventually got a van with very short notice from hire me who were superb. If I could score a 0* then I would

  Would give no stars if I could!! Absolutely disgusting company!! Booked online went to collect wanted an extra £600 for this that and everything but the kitchen sink!! Would refund £200 if it came back with nothing but a stone flips up will cost you, bearing in mind nothing you can do apart from wrapping car in bubble wrap!! 2.5 excess on insurance what an absolute joke of a company!! Wanted a refund baring in mind hadnt taken keys or touched the car and kept 25% of my money!! Trading standards call coming Tuesday and financial obnibniman also being contacted and credit card company to get rest of my money back!! Do not touch this company unless ypu want cost for any extras they want to check at you!!

  Avoid this company!!! Had hired van through 3rd party paid my pound off my card, returned vehicle no faults no pound return but £244.95 left my account they now denying taking any payment and there screen show 0 yet got no evidence as such they took this money my bank now raising claim to get money back staff just pass the buck just money grabbers avoid avoid avoid hopefully I get my monet back it's been 6 weeks they still saying they didn't take it clear on my bank statement my bank says they took but because I deposited £1 I authorized a payment to them definitely avoid this place if you don't wont them taking out of your bank.
