I recently hired a van from this location. The staff who dealt with me were very helpful and friendly and the check out and return process was very straightforward. Would definitely hire a vehicle from here again.

Hand over and returning car made easy also very easy booking on line friendly staff but car was covered wet and water marks ( from the "Valet" ) on a black car which made it difficult to inspect on collection and water marks on the windows and dirty on the inside made driving in low levelling sun dangerous as I couldn't stop motorway miles. Did raise this on hand back , just to be told they'll let their "Valeting" team know.

My local enterprise and use them for various travel reasons. Great service with comparative price. Car are always new, modern and clean. Staff are friendly, can be busy sometimes and wait can be longer but its my 1st place for any car or van hire when needed.

Try Eurocar in Peterborough. At least you know that what they say they will charge you, is what you get charged. I paid much more than I was quoted - but it was hidden in the fine print and i couldn't get my money back. What a rip-off. Not only are the staff complicit in this dubious behaviour (they must know - people complain about it often enough) but they know nothing about their cars. They didn't how to open the boot on a vauxhall Mokka, they didn't know why there was no spare wheel, they didn't know how to operate a trye inflator. Bloody hell. Whay they know is, how to take your money and stone-wall you if there is a problem. Even worse than that, which is bad enough, is the cynical action of the company owners who have placed a poor kid in the firing line of irate customers and instructed her to write on a card 'free fuel on us as compensation for service' (that should read lack of service). Really? free fuel?.How is that calculated then? She was handing them out to just about every customer that returned a car while i was there. Not a great look. An even worse response from her bosses. But who is to blame? ME. I didn't read the reviews. Lesson learnt? I hope so.
