  Mucho ojo con las reservas que te cobran por adelantado. Te cogen 200 Libras de señal cuando alquilas el coche y luego no te las devuelven íntegras. Devolví el coche perfecto, con depósito lleno y no me han devuelto la totalidad de la señal

  The service I received was awful I was due to be supplied a courtesy car and was told everyday one would come the next day , but I didn’t receive one. This meant I was left in limbo waiting for something that never happened I had to speak via my insurance as received no information from enterprise themselves. Unable to reach by phone Shame I couldn’t leave no stars A disgrace. I spoke up x on line last week and still awaiting a response. Very poor business model

  My family of five tried to book a seven seater volvo xc90, keyword “tried”. They did not have that car. They tried to give us a much smaller car, a 5+2. It would not fit all of us plus all our luggage. The boot could barely fit one of our bags, let alone five. We were very polite when we told the workers that the car would not work for us and we asked if they had the car we originally booked or just a bigger car in general. They said they didn’t have the original car and didn’t have a bigger car until the next day. We had already checked out of our hotel in Cambridge and didn’t have a place to stay. The employee was very rude and looked obviously annoyed at us. After that, they didn’t even try to help us and the employee was giving us such a stink eye. I’m not one to make reviews and complain but seriously, do better. I personally work in customer service and can understand that not everything is in the employees control but he did not have to be so rude and he could have at least tried to help us. And besides, what if we were a family of 7? There is no way we would all fit with luggage. I will never try to book with this company again and would advise anyone against renting with them.

  Car was dirty inside and out. Not filthy - just not very clean. Was messed around on pick up times. Had to pay out of my own pocket for a taxi to get there even though it was an insurance provided courtesy car. Pretty poor experience. I’d be even more unhappy if it was a personal arrangement rather than for vehicle repair reasons.

  Avoid at all costs. It is very hard to get them refund the money they owed. They promised to refund but never did after 1 month. I need to call every week to chase it, each time i was informed they have escalated the issue, but nothing happen in the following week. It is so frustrating that the customer service just keep apologising but no definite answer from them to resolve this simple issue. I won't be renting from this company again.
