Not the best experience. Staff member was polite and attentive whilst we waited for our vehicle, which was being washed having just been returned (appreciating that we were a little early collecting our rental), we were not given much chance to check the vehicle for any damage, which was a huge mistake on our part. The staff member loaded our suitcases in the boot of the vehicle which did not have a parcel shelf...we know this for a fact as he loaded the suitcases on top of each other in the boot, and my partner complained that he couldnt see out of the back of the vehicle when we drove off. When returning the vehicle to LHR, it was pointed out that there was a scratch across the front bonnet, which we think was there when we picked it up, but cannot prove that, but more annoyingly, we were pinged for the parcel shelf!! We didnt realise that this would be blamed on us, but we will know for future car rentals with anyone other than Enterprise as this experience has put us off using their services again. Luckily, we were only liable for the minimum of GBP100.

They don’t even deserve a one star.
I had a terrible experience with this company. They charged me £40 without any explanation. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was a mistake and that the amount would be refunded. However, after waiting for the refund, nothing was issued.
I then called again to follow up, and while I was speaking with a customer service representative named Dominic, he abruptly hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Not only was I incorrectly charged, but the lack of follow-through on the promised refund and the poor customer service made the situation even worse. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This is the 2nd time ive hired a van from Enterprise Swanns Road, Cambridge, exceptional customer service from start to finish from B the lad who helped us get on the road sooner. We even hired a Luton van they didn’t have it in stock at that moment, so they rang me to confirm this and have since refunded me the difference. Many thanks for excellent experience highly recommend and will only use these guys from now on.

I booked a compact car and was provided with an SUV after being told that was all the branch had. I was assured that I would be billed for a compact car rate, but after the bill arrived the branch manager went back on his word and billed me for an SUV.
I have called the branch over 15 times to sort the issue and they will not answer the phone. I have filed complaints online to request a refund but nothing has happened. I have called Enterprise customer service to explain the situation and each time I am promised that they will escalate the situation and issue a refund….and they never do.
This place has conned me out of an extra 500 pounds. Avoid them at all costs.

Rented a car for 3 days and ended up with £105 in hidden admin fees on top of my rental cost. £35 per violation notice, which is essentially a forwarded email. I even paid for additional insurance to get peace of mind. I asked the staff at pickup if there was anything I should know before driving. They said no. Nobody mentioned the Dartford Crossing toll, no transponder was provided, and I was given zero guidance as a tourist. Other rental companies handle tolls automatically. Enterprise would rather let you fall into violations and charge you £35 a time for it. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Avoid if you’re an international visitor
