Due to this, I chose to switch to a smaller vehicle. The manager on duty assured me that I would be given a similar alternative the car they gave me was £53,so the two days should be£106 and they told me difference would be refunded upon return of the vehicle. Unfortunately, this agreement was not honoured. Instead of receiving the expected refund, I was only refunded £25. Additionally, my £200 deposit was returned as £199.99, which raises further concerns about accuracy and transparency in your billing process. What is most disappointing is not just the financial discrepancy, but the fact that I was assured one thing in person and experienced something entirely different afterward. It is deeply concerning to feel misled in this way, especially from a company I have trusted and used for many years. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in your services. I would appreciate a full explanation regarding these discrepancies, along with the appropriate refund of the outstanding balance owed to me.
