  I have used, and recommended Youngs to people for years. Today is the first time I have come away from this garage feeling, It has no longer got that personal feel to it. It's the same guys in the workshop, and at the till, (and polite) but not quite the same attention, or feel to the place. New computer systems meant the didn't have my service history available (in the past I would just ask or be reminded of what need to be done, which was helpful) Ad blue was spilt all down the front of the car and not cleaned off at pick up. No call from the lady running the place to ask if they can add items to the invoice or advise of faults. All little things I know, but it made me ask myself, whats changed? Only to find OWNERSHIP! so let's see how things go and hope the new owners read this, talk to the team, and ask them...what is a miss. How can we revamp ourselves back to the Youngs we once were? (or is it just about money now) Note: They did clean the car, once I asked them to, (but I shouldn't have had to ask) and the guys serving were all friendly enough. This is feedback.

  I’ve used Young’s for years for all my cars for servicing and MOT’s and it’s always an excellent service. Highly recommended.

  I’ve used this garage a few times now for servicing and recently for a gearbox oil change, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re very helpful in explaining what needs doing and, importantly, what can wait — which really helps keep costs sensible. They’re friendly, honest, and take the time to suggest the best order for repairs so you’re not spending unnecessarily all at once. The work is always done to a high standard and on time. Would definitely recommend 👍
