Eventually got to a pump to find the reader would not accept my Tesco credit card. Went to kiosk, only 1 of 2 serving even though big queue. Gave up, going elsewhere. Dreadful station

Queued for ten minutes to get fuel on a weekday morning - far from peak time. Finally got to the front, to find that the pump was pay at pump only. I only had my phone with me, not a physical card. I asked for help at the kiosk. Staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I managed to manoeuvre into a second bay only to find the same problem. I ended up having to borrow the money from my passenger - how embarrassing - as the only alternative was joining the back of the queue. And to top it all off the clubcard scanners didn't work on the pumps, so I lost my clubcard points. All this when I was having to drive cross country due to a family emergency. I absolutely did not have time for this nonsense and the staff were totally unhelpful. I really do hate having my time wasted like this.

Always seems to busy for when I need to top up, but convenient if you need to do shopping in the main store. Petrol station sells items to.
