  Ordinary service, usual upsale on insurance and car, vehicle wasn't ready when we booked 2 months in advance. Had to wait for pressure wash, vacuum and fuel. Place had moved from the station approach to different location. This was a trying and difficult experience. I will not use this company again. The drop of in Cambridge was better. The staff member called a cab to get us to the station. Bristol AVOID.

  We had an emergency, and another rental company had unfortunately let us down, on arrival. Luckily SixT Bristol was close by. We were met by Phillipa at the front desk. Phillipa was incredibly accommodating, efficient and made what as an extremely stressful situation in to one of resolution. She thoroughly explained all information about picking up, dropping off, etc. We left, promptly, with all information required and a lovely car. I would describe Phillipa's help as the epitome of customer service, and truly left a lasting impression of our service with SixT. Thanks Phillipa!

  Lui made my car rental experience absolutely amazing. Everything was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. There were no hidden surprises, no pressure, and no attempts to oversell unnecessary extras — something that is unfortunately very common in the car rental industry. The whole process was professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. Thanks to Lui, picking up the car was stress-free and enjoyable. Without a doubt, this was the best car rental experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommended!

  Dear Sixt Bristol Team, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent rental in the UK. A special thank you goes to Leigh, who gave me excellent advice when collecting the vehicle and recommended upgrading from the basic insurance coverage. At the time, I did not think I would need it. As it turned out, I experienced a tyre puncture during my trip, and that advice proved invaluable. What impressed me most was not only his professionalism, but his genuine care. Even though I was travelling alone, in a remote area, over a weekend, and the circumstances were far from ideal, Leigh remained available and helped ensure that a solution was found. Despite it being his personal time with his family, he continued to provide support and guidance when I needed it most. As a solo traveller, that level of service gave me a tremendous sense of reassurance. This was my first time renting with Sixt, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful, and I always felt that there was someone standing behind me if a problem arose. Nobody expects to get a puncture during a five-day holiday, but this experience taught me an important lesson about the value of comprehensive coverage and the peace of mind it provides. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Leigh and the entire team at Sixt Bristol. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer care made a real difference to my trip.
