  Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo noleggiato un’auto a Bristol per visitare la Cornovaglia. Il personale al desk è stato molto gentile, peccato che, dopo alcuni giorni, a seguito di un problema a una gomma, non ci sia stata fornita alcuna assistenza, lasciandoci letteralmente senza auto per due giorni. Questo ci ha costretti a perdere due giorni di vacanza, a sostenere i costi di nuove strutture ricettive e a perdere attività già prenotate e pagate. Dopo averci finalmente consegnato una nuova vettura a Exeter, al termine del noleggio ci sono stati inoltre addebitati erroneamente i costi del carburante, nonostante avessimo riconsegnato l’auto con il pieno appena effettuato. Abbiamo anche fornito la documentazione che dimostra il rifornimento effettuato poco prima della riconsegna. Un’esperienza davvero vergognosa e inaccettabile. La gentilezza del personale al desk non può compensare la totale mancanza di assistenza in una situazione problematica e gli ulteriori addebiti ingiustificati ricevuti al termine del noleggio.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sixt, and it was all thanks to Philippa. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring and made the check-in process effortless. Philippa truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible start to our trip. As a wonderful surprise, she arranged a fantastic upgrade for us, which made our journey even more enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded all of our expectations.   We have used Sixt (Bristol City Centre) a number of times now and our experience keeps getting better. This time we were helped by Phillipa who generously upgraded our car for a drive to Leicester for our daughter's graduation. She was customer focused and got us on our way very quickly. Thank you so much. You were ace!

  We were looking to rent a car for a full day on the 9th of July. We got the offer for an electric C3. Then the price went up in their computer and we needed the manager approval. We waited for the manager around 20-30 mins and then when the manager came we were told there are no cars left. That means they literally wasted our time and opportunity to go visit the surrounding areas. 1 star for the team. They told me Chloe is the manager but there was clearly a man

  Phillipa was awesome, great customer service and a real fast check in. She gets 5 stars! Took one off because it was a bit too expensive.
