Brought my Corsa here for an alignment, whilst I checked everything on the car, I hadn't checked the tyre age on my rears. Staff informed me that one of my tyres was 23 years old, they didn't push for a sale, they made me aware and were nothing but courtious throughout. For an alignment, tyre valve replacement (on a front tyre) and a new rear tyre with fitting and disposal, I was charged just under £100 which is a bargain. Waiting time was minimal, around 30 minutes with cars coming and going, and there is indoor seating. They provide a great service and have a real community feel. Thanks once again, I would most definitely visit again for any tyre, alignment, or exhaust needs.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Quality Tires when replacing all four tyres on my Toyota RAV4.
Shortly after leaving the shop, the tyre pressure warning light appeared on my dashboard. I immediately contacted the company, but as the shop had already closed, I was unable to return until the following day. Upon inspection, I was informed that one of the TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system) sensors had failed and needed replacing. The sensor was working perfectly before the tyre replacement, and staff acknowledged that the damage occurred during their work.
After the replacement sensor was fitted, I collected my vehicle only for the warning light to reappear after a few miles. I returned again and, after further inspection, was told that no fault could be found and there was nothing more they could do. This left me with no option but to seek assistance elsewhere.
I took the vehicle to another tyre specialist, who diagnosed and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. The replacement TPMS sensor simply needed to be programmed correctly—a basic step that should have been completed by Quality Tires. I was charged an additional £50 to have the problem resolved.
As a result of this poor service, I lost considerable time, was without my vehicle for two days, had to make multiple unnecessary trips back to the shop, and incurred extra costs. While mistakes can happen, the failure to properly diagnose and rectify the issue after multiple opportunities was unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Quality Tires and would urge them to improve their technical expertise and customer service standards.

Prices for the same as kwit fit tyres for the same a lot cheaper. I love they gave no pressure or up sale.
