Firstly, I was given a very good (i.e. brand new) vehicle which was a pleasure to drive. I have driven vans before, but not for some time, so was a bit apprehensive to begin with; but I soon got used to it and even enjoyed the experience. I felt that everything was explained well before I set out; I decided to take up the additional insurance option (mainly because it was a brand new vehicle) but I never felt pressured into doing so, I just felt it gave me peace of mind. It was also very easy to book online, and the pick up location was most convenient.

Rob at the Bristol St George location was excellent throughout with pick up and drop off, sorted quickly and very clear info about my van hire. Enterprise I find are more reasonable with minor scratches as it's a hire van. Many companies more brutal with any minor touch on the vehicle. Hired several times and also been happy
