    Disgusting service from Cabot’s Circus, the manager has zero to no customer service skills. Took over £2k off my card without even talking or warning me first and this was for damage (see picture) I did not cause and a quote from the dealer/manufacturer of the car estimates not even £150. Now ignoring my calls and emails. BEWARE !!! Trading standards and citizens advice now involved.

    Utter shambles! Had two separate hires cancelled after receiving confirmation emails and making arrangmenets around them. I spoke to the customer service team the second time who gave me all sort of assurances that there was definitely a vehicle available the next day. Then received a cancellation from the branch an hour later. Their actual availability bears absolutely no resemblance to the website so book with extreme caution and don't take a confirmation to be worth anything. After my experience I spoke at length to the assistant manager who assured me the branch manger would call me back and I never received so much as a voicemail. Very poor service - AVOID

    Insurance company used enterprise for a curtesy car after mine was hit by a drunk driver. The only curtsey cars they could offer me were absolutely huge suv/4x4 type cars, despite their website saying they offered all sized vehicles. Someone returned a car which was offered to me, however the person had returned it with the fuel warning light on. I was told I would need to go find a petrol station and fill up. I put £35 in, however realised very quickly the size of this suv was unsuitable for parking on the road I live and so I returned it to enterprise. They couldn’t offer me anything smaller in size. They checked their system and no other enterprise in the area had anything smaller (the smallest car was still an suv). £35 out of pocket and without a car. I appreciate the staff couldn’t magic up a smaller car, they were apologetic and as helpful as they could be within their remit. I wouldn’t use the company again and feel enterprise should consider not advertising that they stock/offer all sized vehicles, which was not my experience.

    Res #2118937066. Was to rent a car today. I planned my day around it and was to collect the car at 3 with idea of travelling for a concert. So we landed little early and was told we'd be sorted shortly with a automatic and I'd no issue with that. Another motorist came in needing an automatic and I even offered leave him take the one I was to get I did not mind. I was called to give my details, gave my license and all that then asked for a credit card which me and my partner neither had. This was not once communicated with us, and got no help whatsoever and left to rot last minute without any transport advice or help. This absolutely scuppered our plans as needed the car! Just felt it was shocking service and me and my partner were abandoned and no one gave a crap about us. I will never use this company again as it's unreliable and unhumane!

    We needed a passenger van to take two young families on holiday. I booked online well in advance and paid £610 for 6 days hire - easy (of course). The day before collection, I tried to call the branch to move the collection time by an hour. Tried 6 times, waited on hold a few times but couldn’t get through to anyone. Called the day of collection and got through. Spoke to someone, moved the collection time and nothing else was said. On arrival with my young family, having driven through rush hour traffic in Bristol I was told “because the vehicle is considered ‘premium’ you need a credit card linked to the driver to leave a deposit”. First we’d heard of this, and we don’t have a credit card - debit card wouldn’t do - and that was that. We were then told our £610 wouldn’t be returned to us for between 7-10 working days. So, as a result of Enterprise’s terrible communication and lack of customer care we’ve had to lose a day of our holiday, which has cost us more money, and try to make other arrangements which we don’t know whether or not we can yet. If we can’t, we won’t be going away and we’ll lose the £1000 for the holiday cottage. All in all, Enterpise have made - at best - the start of our first week away with our child an expensive mess. At worst, ruined the whole trip. AVOID, use Europcar.
