  Great service as repeat customer. Friendly staff, remember me too. clean cars and perfect as was same Day request with work. Will continue to use easy handover and return no extra pressure for add ons etc keep up top service all round

  I booked a large van with Enterprise Bradford (BD8) the night before collection as I urgently needed one and, given Enterprise’s reputation as a large national company, I expected a smooth and professional service. I paid £150 for the rental and arrived 15 minutes before my collection time. From the moment I arrived, the manager appeared disinterested and gave the impression that dealing with my booking was an inconvenience. Because I had booked within 24 hours of collection, I was informed that a £200 deposit had to be paid by credit card. Unfortunately, my card was declined by their payment machine. As this was unusual, I immediately contacted HSBC, who confirmed there were no blocks or issues with my account. To verify this, I successfully withdrew cash from an ATM and made a purchase at a local garage without any problems. I returned to Enterprise and attempted the payment again, but it still failed. When I politely asked whether another payment machine could be used or if there was an alternative payment method, the manager quickly dismissed the suggestion and insisted the issue was with my card. He eventually tried a second machine, but only after spending around 20 minutes attempting to charge it. During this time I was left waiting with little communication. In the end, a colleague pointed out that the device needed to be charged in its docking station, suggesting the equipment itself may not have been fully operational. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of empathy throughout the experience. It was obvious that I urgently needed the van, yet there was no attempt to help, explore alternatives, or even show understanding of the situation. While I appreciate that payment policies must be followed, customer service and professionalism were sorely lacking. I left without a van, having wasted a significant amount of time during what was already a stressful situation.

  Spoke with a manager (TAYUB) don't know how he became a manager.Guys got attitude issues needs training on how to speak with customers. Ive sent a letter to the head office Tayub regarding this hopefully you'll be getting a warning from the head office management.

  Recently me and my elderly father went to rent a vehicle from here as he doesn’t speak English I was worried at first on how to explain the process.However,we was served by Hassan and he was very professional ,understanding also very patient and explained everything to me and my father so we could understand the process also the cars was very clean and nice to drive I would recommend will be coming again !
