I visited Sandhurst Tyres yesterday to have my tyre replaced following a puncture and I can't believe how helpful they have been!
I orginally called to book this in the day before and explained to John on the phone that I had an electric car and a tyre insurance policy and John explained that usually they require a like for like replacement, so we decide it would be best to order in a like for like tyre.
Since then I have tried to make my claim on the tyre and have had to pop back in for more photos of the tyre and have had to ask them to fill in paperwork for the insurer etc and they have been more than happy to accomodate the extra work.
Honestly I can't recommend John and everyone else at Sandhurst Tyres enough. Every person I have spoken to has been friendly, helpful and understanding, and they've gone above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process really straightforward.
Thank you to the whole team at Sandhurst Tyres, you've been brilliant!

Stay away from this garage if you value your life! Myself and my children are lucky to be alive given the state they left our car in. We asked them to change the front wheel bearing but they inspected and decided not to. We returned and asked them to please change it but they changed the rear wheel bearing by mistake and split the cv gaitor in the process. They did not bolt it back together meaning the shock absorber is now destroyed too and another mechanic advised us the wheel was hanging on by a thread and we are lucky we are alive. They’ve caused near a grands worth of damage and could have cost us our lives. Stay well clear of them.

Came in for a tyre replacement due to a flat last night - no appointment - all was done within half an hour. People at the desk were very straight to the point and helpful as well as polite. Quick, easy service. Offered me to do all the other tyres too as they could see they were quite old and whilst I initially turned it down due to money, I will be back to this place when they really need to be replaced! Very helpful recommendations. Immaculate service
