  Exceptional service from Enterprise Bracknell! The guys went above and beyond to make sure I had a hire car that was genuinely suitable for my needs, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble.   Re reviewing as absolutely shocked at being charged without my knowledge a “refuel” fee. Prior to leaving the branch explicitly confirmed that level was virtually the same as when collected and assured all fine by attendant. Very poor way to do business l, £2.03 per litre and and administration fee on top. Honestly avoid for these kind of stealth charges & tactics. Very disappointing.

  Excellent service from start to finish. I only needed to rent a car for a few hours, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout the process. It was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I would happily use their service again.

  Disappointing experience overall. The paperwork had initially been completed with the wrong name, even though my driving licence had been provided, so it had to be redone when I collected the van. The VE103 form allowing the vehicle to be taken abroad also contained several errors, including the wrong name and incorrect dates. As there were apparently no replacement copies available, the mistakes had to be crossed out and corrected by hand. Fortunately, I was not stopped at the border or by the police, as the form looked unprofessional and could easily have caused problems. I also paid a high price for a two-year-old van that had neither air conditioning nor cruise control. These are features most people would reasonably expect in a modern vehicle, especially one intended for a long journey, and their absence should have been made clear before booking. Overall, the poor administration and lack of basic vehicle features made the experience very disappointing.
