  The staff that I interacted with were friendly, approachable, and understanding. The communication between themselves, the insurance company, and myself is absolutely appreciated. I was thankful for their approach and support, especially whilst I was trying to solve a difficult situation for myself and my family.

  I had an absolutely awful experience at this branch. The manager was rude and as a female who visited the branch alone I found him intimidating and threatening. He refused to give me a car because I disagreed with something he had said. When I told him I would make a complaint about his behaviour he told me he would make a complaint about me to my employer (I’d had to give details as part of the book in process) I would advise people to avoid this branch or make sure you take someone with you when you go.
