  The best service and professionalism I’ve experienced in a car rental office. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Normally when you walk out of any car rental in the world you feel like you’re getting low key scammed. But not here. Honest and transparent. This is what all car rentals should be like. We had picked up a car in London (I won’t mention the experience we had there) and dropped it off here, and picked a different car at the same time. Couldn’t have been a smoother experience. I don’t review often, but felt I had to praise this place.

  I hire very often which suits my needs perfectly. I always go with Enterprise and I can only share my experience. I always get a friendly greeting on entry, the staff are very professional and efficient, I was in and out in 5 minutes 👏🏻 the cars are lovely and new

  We had an excellent experience with Enterprise in Thornton Cleveleys. The team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was presented in excellent condition and everything was handled efficiently. We were very impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

  What a nice and friendly place to hire a vehicle. I tend to ask a lot of questions when dealing with companies, but they explained everything to me in a simple but knowledgeable way from start to finish. The gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant and really friendly ( I would of put his name, but I can't remember it. He knows who it is.. buzzin) I mean friendly in a way that you know isn't being put on for show. I have ADHD but it never phased him and went above and beyond to actually listen to me, as a lot of places put on a front, but not here at Enterprise. I only wish to that other companies were like this. In conclusion I have no quarms in totally recommending Enterprise for all your vehicle hire needs. An absolute pleasure doing business with them.
