Very helpful staff and a wide choice of modern vehicles. The only downside was the lack of on-site customer parking.

Outstanding service at the Barnsley branch. Carl was an absolute gentleman and provided exceptional customer service. My booking was originally made for Manchester Airport, but he took the time to understand the situation and went out of his way to resolve everything smoothly and professionally. Thanks to his help, I avoided a 4-hour round trip to and from Manchester Airport. It’s rare to come across someone so helpful, patient, and genuinely willing to assist. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Not an issue with the branch, but their booking system
We have over 4500 "Points"
Went to book a car, without entering the points, was 450 for 12 days. A graphic came up saying use your points for 5 free days. So you would expect half price?
No, the price of the weekly hire went from 262.50 per week to £303 as did the daily price.
Also, when you use points, the RFL/EFD is included in the price. If you pay by points, they then charge this seperately

Spoke to Enterprise plus, yes this is a thing.
So basic bate and switch and this is when your trying to reward customers, nah thats not good at all.

Service is awful, website says that they have stock of vehicles when they don’t. Miserable, dim and lack of enthusiastic lad behind counter couldn’t care less. Head office breaching GDPR sending wrong company details out to people. Cars are washed with “recycled water” so you can’t see anything out of the windscreen, I have had to get all of my cars valeted before use not ideal. Short relationship with this company spent over £500 in a month and now can’t be arsed utterly useless.
