  Really bad - had hire car for a few weeks after an accident - when sent the car back i received threatening emails about a parking ticket in a car park 250 miles away even though i showed cctv of the car on my drive at home at the time of the supposed ticket - also wanted admin charges for dealing with it - the hire car they gave me originally they wanted back after 5 days as decided they had sold it - forever running backwards and forwards to the branch - cars provided in a dirty condition - be careful as there appears to be lots of damage to the vehicles they supply - you wonder why your insurance is so expensive - charged my insurance over 3k for the hire of a KIA for 5 weeks! EDIT - AFTER THE REPLY - I am reasonably sure you could find me on your records easily enough - unless it's standard practice to charge everyone for parking tickets they never had and admin fees to deal with it - from what I can see from other reviews, it is and i am pretty sure its not just the cars i had the use of that had lots of damage and were dirty

  Was an easy process from them collectingme to me droppingthe car off. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

  All of the staff were brilliant. Informative, patient and made everything very simple start to finish. Gutted to give a very good car back as well.

  After stressful accident I dealt with enterprise for a hire car, 3 colleagues I dealt with, a young lady and two gents, they were absolutely incredible and deserve recognition for their help and service. These 3 made things a much easier and a stressful situation surprisingly pleasant. Car was absolutely perfect , I was sourced an EV as near to my own spec as they could get and it was available almost immediately. Cant sing praises for these 3 and enterprise enough!

  Disappointing this time around. Van was not what I ordered or expected as an "Equivalent" was the most dirty Van I have ever hired and was in poor state. Warnings of Brake pads and immediate service "Stop" message. I explained when I dropped it off and was told a manager would call me in the morning. That was 3 days ago. I am afraid I will not use again and will go back to cheaper local Van hire companies who's vehicles are on a par with what I rented but half the price of what I paid.
