I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had a very positive experience. The rental process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were friendly, professional, and experienced. They explained the rental policies and agreements clearly, which made everything easy to understand. I have also rented from Enterprise in the past, and those experiences were equally good. On previous occasions, I even received car upgrades at the same price, which was a lovely bonus. I really enjoyed the opportunity to drive some cars I had not driven before. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to others. Thank you to the team for making the whole experience so enjoyable!

So I was charged £165 for this, apparently I have the ability to control the small chips on the roads that will cause this. You should ask your money from your local council as this is not my fault I have returned your car clean not damaged full tank and you charged me for something I don’t have the control over? Yeah not gonna be using your company anymore you lost one of your regular customers.
