  Cannot recommend… Took 40 min to get my car as the manager apparently had forgotten about me after I sat down to wait while the car to got ready. After 30 min waiting I was the one asking, what going on. Car was not filled up, despite the clerk stating that during pickup. The car was dirty inside. One tire had a screw in it, that I found during my rental, looked at picture from the pickup and could see it was there when I got the car. Despite that I needed to pay and fix it during my vacation. But! The above is in the category of ”shit happens”. The real problem was that when I contacted the branch they didn’t respond. It took 5 working days and 2 follow up emails and calls to get a response. That is a shitty experience regardless the above problems or not. But the car was good.

  The staff are so helpful and the whole process to hire and return a car was so easy. The car was new and loads of space in the boot which we needed.
