  Car delivered before on hire time but was a 3 year old vehicle. During the delivery I asked what damage was on the car and was told a scratch was present. Walked round the car and noticed at least 5 more damages. Car had not been obviously cleaned or checked for damage. Had to reject the car. 2nd car arrived within 30 mins and was told had a known scratch on it. All good. Car collection I handed the keys over and told that was it. I asked to let me know before leaving if all was good with condition on return. Collector knocked on my door and said there was a scratch on vehicle. I asked why his IPAD that he was holding in his hand did not have the damage recorded as this was shown to me on delivery. He said he would find out from his manager which he phoned and confirmed the damage was recorded. At no point was I asked to sign any paperwork (hard copy or electronic) to confirm damages so it is obvious that the drivers are delivering/collecting vehicles and signing on the behalf of the renter (or stating not present).

  Avoid this branch – a complete waste of time. I was given conflicting information throughout the day and repeatedly misled. I was told the van was ready for collection, only to then be told it was at another branch. After contacting that branch directly, I was informed that the van was not there at all. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. To make matters worse, Elisha, the Branch Manager, did not offer so much as an apology for the confusion, misinformation, and mistakes made throughout the process. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of professionalism from start to finish.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently rented a Vovlo XC 40 on Saturday the 30 of May from Enterprise East Lough Car Hire and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole rental process was incredibly smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the two team members who assisted me, but both of them were outstanding. The gentleman who helped me when I collected the car was professional, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The car itself was excellent—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and drove beautifully. It was a pleasure to use throughout my rental period. When I returned the vehicle, the team member who received it was equally friendly and professional. The drop-off process was just as smooth as the collection, which really rounded off a great experience. Overall, I was extremely impressed with both the service and the quality of the vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Enterprise East Lough Car Hire for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. I would happily rent from you again and highly recommend your services to others.
