Long story short: 4x tyres 2 years ago = £313.08 Total ONE tyre today + rotate front to back = £227.30 Came here 2 years ago and this place was an absolute live saver at the time. Had all 4 tyres swapped, ONE item on the invoice, £313.08 Total. Price was good, car was back on the road, happy days. Came here again a few days ago with similar expectations, requested ONE tyre to be replaced with the same make/model and the rest rotated (put front tyres at the back) and guess what? 9x items on the invoice, £227.30 Total. Again, ONE tyre. I have also attached the invoices and the prices on their websites. You decide if this place is worth taking your car to. Now I understand that prices go up with time, but what was invoiced is more expensive than what they have listed on their website (same tyre for only £98.56). It also states that buying a new tyre includes VAT and fitting. However, it seems that I have been charged VAT and fitting ON TOP of the already more expensive tyre. Additionally, I've been charged for "Front toe alignment". Now I'm not saying this didn't happen but usually an additional sheet is provided with alignments to tell you exactly how much or by what degree the wheels were off by. Needles to say I've never seen the sheet, and don't recall seeing the laser machine required for the alignment at this place... Lastly, I've also been charged for "Casing Disposal" and an "Environmental Charge", none of which where on the invoice 2 years ago when I swapped all 4x tyres. Unsure on what exactly has happened to this place but it's simply not what it used to be.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
