  I would use enterprise again and recommend them, they were efficient, delivery and pick up of the car were on time and everything went smoothly, and it was a lovely rental car

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I reserved a van with Enterprise, but before my pickup time I received a message saying that no vans were available. As I needed the van that day, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation. I was told that my refund had been processed and would take up to 14 working days to reach my account. It has now been 16 working days, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that there are no issues on their side and that no refund has been received. I have contacted Enterprise several times, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been a very disappointing experience. A company of this size should not take this long to refund a customer for a service it was unable to provide.

  We booked and paid for a Mercedes A-Class from Enterprise High Wycombe, but upon arrival were handed a Ford Puma ST and told it was a “similar car.” When we questioned this, staff repeatedly stated that the two vehicles are in the same category, but were unable to provide any Enterprise documentation or category guide to support that claim. We understand that rental companies cannot always guarantee a specific model, and we were not expecting a complimentary upgrade. However, a Ford Puma ST is not comparable to a Mercedes A-Class in terms of vehicle type, brand, or customer expectation. We were left with two options: accept a much smaller vehicle that was unsuitable for our travel group or pay extra for an upgrade. We have previously rented with Sixt and experienced excellent customer service, including complimentary upgrades when the booked vehicle was unavailable. Unfortunately, this experience with Enterprise was the opposite. The most disappointing part was not the car itself, but the dismissive response to our concerns. We hope Enterprise will review how vehicle substitutions are handled at this branch and contact us to find an appropriate resolution.

  Highly Recommended! I have used this branch a number of times, the team are small but very efficient. Whenever I have taken out a car they have always made sure that someone has been available to provide me with lift after the car return. My most recent visit was delightful and the service was well above standard. I highly recommend this branch

  I wasn’t very happy with the service. There were several hidden extra costs, and I felt pressured into accepting them, especially because the representative from Enterprise came across as quite passive-aggressive. The handover experience also made me feel very uncomfortable. I was repeatedly told things like “don’t crash the car,” “don’t scratch it,” and “don’t do this or that,” which made me feel extremely nervous about even taking the car out. To be honest, I was close to saying that I didn’t want the car anymore because the whole experience left me feeling anxious rather than confident. I understand the need to explain responsibilities when renting a vehicle, but the way it was communicated was not professional or reassuring. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would expect better customer service and clearer communication about costs upfront.
