Whilst on holiday last week, my electric handbrake malfunctioned and caused the handbrake to seize on. As luck would have it I was right outside the Autocentre and managed to limp onto their forecourt. I explained my situation and although they were very busy and had no one spare to physically inspect the car, a gentleman came out straight away with a laptop and in a few minutes had managed to electronically disarm the hand brake so enabling me to continue my holiday. (my car is an automatic so I can safely drive in the short term without a handbrake) . I was extremely grateful and in addition he would not take any payment. This type of service must be very rare and if I did not live 150 miles away I would not hesitate in using them for all my service needs. They should receive the highest praise.

The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, the work was completed promptly, and the pricing was very fair. Everything was done properly and professionally.
