  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise, particularly given that this was a vehicle for a family holiday. I went to considerable lengths before booking to make sure we would receive a suitable vehicle. I called Enterprise, explained our family and luggage requirements and booked based on their advice. I then called several more times to confirm this and raised it again when I arrived to collect the car. Despite this, the vehicle provided was completely unsuitable. At the last minute I was offered another vehicle that had just been returned. It had enough space, so rather than delay our holiday further I accepted it. Unfortunately, it was considerably less fuel-efficient than the vehicle I had expected, resulting in significantly higher fuel costs. Far more concerning, however, was what happened with the tyres. During our holiday I had to take several hours out of our family time and drive a significant distance to Kwik Fit because of a tyre problem. I was advised there that one of the tyres was excessively worn/bald and needed replacing. Kwik Fit had a suitable tyre available, but I was told it could not be fitted because Enterprise would only authorise a particular budget tyre, which was not in stock. A temporary repair was carried out and I was told I would be contacted when the authorised replacement arrived. That call never came, leaving me continuing our family holiday with a tyre I had been advised needed replacement. I subsequently discovered that a rear tyre also had a slow puncture. Throughout this I contacted the Enterprise mobile number I had been given and explained what was happening, but received no meaningful assistance. I was effectively left to sort the problems out myself while away with my family. The initial vehicle mix-up was frustrating, particularly after the number of times I had checked my requirements. However, my real concern is the condition of the tyres and the lack of support once the problem was identified. When hiring a car to transport my wife and children, I expect the vehicle to have been properly checked and to be safe, and I expect the hire company to take ownership when a potential safety issue arises. I have raised a formal complaint with Enterprise and have asked them to explain what pre-hire tyre checks were undertaken, including the recorded tread depths, and why an available suitable replacement tyre apparently could not be authorised. Sadly, based on this experience, I would find it very difficult to recommend Enterprise.

  Absolutely unacceptable service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Aylesbury. I booked a vehicle online well in advance, only to receive a phone call cancelling my reservation just 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time!To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to offer an alternative vehicle or a different time slot, which is the bare minimum you would expect from a professional rental company in this situation. Their negligence caused me significant financial loss, as I had already hired and paid for people to help me with loading. My plans were completely ruined, and I was left out of pocket. Avoid this branch at all costs—completely unreliable and unprofessional.

  Great overall experience with Enterprise Aylesbury, made a weekend booking for a 7 seater, pickup was smooth and took around 10 minutes, they had sent me all the paperwork online to fill out before I got there which saves so much time, car performed great no issues, dropped back easily, staff member Hansah helped me both on pick up and arrival and she was really easy to talk to and provided 10/10 customer service, highly recommend to make a booking!

  Hired a van from enterprise for 24 hours to go and pick up a motorbike. The van was nearly new and the service was quick and easy. The only pitfall in my eyes was the tie down points didn’t quite line up with the holes in the plywood lining… meaning the bike was strapped down to tie downs on an angle which isn’t ideal as they’re not as strong. Other than that all good 👍🏻
