  I hired a large transit van for 1 week at a good honest price ,I then needed the vehicle for 2 more weeks,really easy,really helpful and pleasant staff,no issues whatsoever,would definitely reccomend .John evans

  Absolute disaster. They rented us a car that was deemed not road worthy due to worn brake pads. Highly negligent, put our family in danger, zero accountability and were completely inept at sorting out getting us a new vehicle. Never use this service. I don’t ever write reviews, but want to warn others. They ruined our holiday.

  Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I hired a car through my employer and had a confirmed booking for collection. When I arrived, the assistant told me there was no booking, even though I provided both my name and the reference number. I had to call my workplace, who confirmed the booking and even gave me the name of the person at the Stirchley branch who had picked up the request. I was then told the car had been delivered to my home address, despite the fact that I had just come from home and no car had been delivered. To make matters worse, I was given a small Fiat, even though my only specific request when booking was not to have a small Fiat. The car was also handed over with only a three-quarter tank of fuel. The assistant apologised and specifically told me to return it with a three-quarter tank, which I did. Despite following those instructions, my employer was still charged for fuel. Overall, the service was disorganised, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would not use this branch again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
