Rented an Intermediate vehicle for the weekend via work, vehicle wasn't in the class that I booked and also smelt heavily of weed. After collection I tried to call the office and couldn't get through to ask about swapping the vehicle or any advice. As I was renting the vehicle to drive my bosses around for the weekend. I tried to have the vehicle cleaned, seats and fabrics sprayed with odour neutralisers and added air fresheners, sadly made no difference every time we turned on the AC the car smelt again. Flagged the issues in branch yesterday when I returned the vehicle and was promised a call back from the branch manager that morning, call never came. I called the branch to question why no-one had called and was told the area manager would call me this morning, which I am still waiting to happen. I wouldn't be leaving this review if they had called me yesterday or it was a one off when renting from the Stirchley branch. Vehicles are always dirty, not in the class you rent and consistently low on fuel on collection.
